We were not amused.
In
the RC09 - Zone, we tried to collect as much information as possible about
artistic cycling and as you see the
fun shall not be
forgotten.
Once the former national coach Heinz Pfeiffer described artistic cycling as a most complete form of the
"apparatus gymnastics". This description of
the artistic cycling is certainly very suitable.
Similar to the apparatus gymnastics exercises must be shown in a perfect way to give an outsider a sense of simplicity to be transmitted.
Completely different is the device
artistic bicycle, it moves with the athlet, who must try to get it under
control and at its best to be in harmony with it.
From the health aspect artistic cycling is a sport to be recommended, because the holding and supporting apparatus will be particularly
strengthened. Especially for children its a good foundation for the development
in sports, and a prevention to maintenance damage.
